The service
We offer online, self-paced English video courses organized into sections and lessons. Some lessons are free and marked as such; the rest require enrollment.
Your account
- It is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account.
- You must give us accurate details and tell us if they change.
- We may suspend an account that is shared with others or used to copy the material.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes we are required to apply. We confirm your access once payment is received. The specific terms of each payment are agreed in writing beforehand.
Access and duration
Enrollment gives you access to the purchased course for as long as it is published on the platform. If we ever retire a course we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can finish it.
Permitted use
You may watch the material as many times as you like for your own learning. You may not download, record, redistribute, sell it, or give others access.
Intellectual property
Videos, texts, exercises and all other material belong to Tu Escuela de Inglés or are used under license. Enrollment grants a right of use, not ownership.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your account at any time by writing to us. If you paid for a course and within 7 days have completed no more than 10% of its lessons, you may request a full refund. After that, or if you have used more content, refunds are at our discretion and reviewed case by case.
Liability
We do our best to keep the platform running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control (for example, third-party video services). We do not guarantee a specific learning outcome: it depends on your dedication. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA). Before any claim, we will try to resolve it with you in good faith.
